LinkGather - To Export WordPress Links



This plugin for WordPress will allow you to export the web addresses for all your blogs posts in Google Spreadsheets style.

You can get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the link below:

Download LinkGather

Now you have installed and activated the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

How To Guide


A new tab on the options side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available to you:

When you click on the Home offering, this will take you to the plugins homepage which supplies instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links title to navigate you to the page that will show all of your WordPress sites published posts’ links. Note that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few links in it.

You will now see a table with two columns, one website for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the link table, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URL you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in Excel design.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of bringing back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack Links


The option for JetPack Links is again exactly the same instructions as those above, however, JetPack URLs are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, check here you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those wp.me Links that it has gathered:
